Edgeworthia hybrid chrysantha (Paperbush Plant) | 3 gal. pot (Oversized)
In the same family as daphnes (but easier to grow) and bloom in the late winter or very early spring with fragrant pale yellow-lemon-orange colored flowers. Quite lovely and garden-worthy, fast becoming better known in zone 6b-7a. Likes shade, moisture and good drainage but not transplanting.
Edgeworthias are shrubs that look like giant Daphne and yes, they are in the same family. They bloom in the late winter or very early spring and are fragrant, with pale yellow -lemon-orange colored flowers. This is the straight species, but we figure that any edgworthia is better than no edgeworthia.
